Monthly Invoice
Your license is always settled on the 1st of the month. You will receive an invoice as a PDF and can conveniently pay by direct debit, credit card or by bank transfer.
No minimum term
We are convinced that ChurchTools will be well received by you. We therefore do not need minimum contract time.
Cancelable monthly
If you no longer wish to use ChurchTools, you can cancel at any time in any month. From then on you will no longer receive any invoices from us.
Always flexible
You can customize your license at any time directly from ChurchTools (in the admin settings). The new license then have an immediate effect.

How do I find the right ChurchTools package for our church?
Our packages are tailored to the size of your congregation and your needs. This way, you only pay for the capacity you actually need. If your congregation grows or changes, you can easily adjust your package at any time.
Can I switch my plan later?
Yes. You can adjust your package at any time in the system settings of your ChurchTools. An upgrade or downgrade takes effect immediately, so your license will always match your congregation’s current situation.
Is there a minimum term?
No. ChurchTools can be canceled on a monthly basis and has no minimum contract term. You remain flexible and can adjust or cancel your license at any time.
