You can now subscribe to public posts from other churches or Christian organizations.
The new “Posts” module is the perfect social media solution for your church community: create posts with images in groups, comment on posts or react to them with emojis, activate notifications, hide posts and more.
Personal and group data can now be used as placeholders in emails and serial letters. The new preview shows which information is used for each recipient.
Appointments can now be created and edited in the app. As on the web, this includes creating linked events, booking resources, submitting meeting requests and automatically setting up registration groups.
The new group module has been completely redesigned. There is a new start page and sidebar. The new group table and member list adapt to the needs of the user. Individual group pages now have more space for the wealth of information. The module settings are also more intuitive. And more...
Groups can now be created and edited in the app. Settings for status, visibility or login can be adjusted with just a few taps. Information such as the day of the week or start time can also be changed quickly.
With the IP-Symcon plugin, rooms booked in ChurchTools can now be heated automatically at the right time. This saves costs and helps protect the climate.
